Shipping Policy

All of Dahlia Farms' ready made products ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. If there is a delay for any reason, customers will be notified immediately. We use USPS Ground Shipping for all other orders. Shipping price is based on weight.

Return & Exchange Policy

If upon receiving your product you notice any damages or errors with your order please email us with a picture of what you received and your order number and we will work with you to make it right!

At this time, all candle, wax melt, soap and skin product orders are final and as such are non-returnable nor exchangeable.
